The spacious fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, hob and double oven and has light oak cupboards, there is a central dining table and 4 chairs.
There is a snug off the kitchen with a sofa, occasional chairs and coffee table.
Leading off this area is the downstairs shower room with shower, WC and hand basin.
First floor
Upstairs there are two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobe and white painted furniture.
bedroom 2 has twin beds and is furnished with a pine chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a white suite of bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin.
Garden & Parking
Outside is a lovely open garden with grassed area, picnic table and views towards the Preseli hills and over the Western Cleddau valley.
There is ample parking for two cars.
