If you're an early riser, head down to The Stade and see the largest beach launch fishing fleet in Europe, landing its catch amongst the iconic black wooden net huts. If you fancy a spot of fishing yourself then carp and bream fishing is available nearby, £8 per adult, £4 per junior (licence required).
