Here you can find a fantastic selection of independent shops cafes restaurants and bars. The beach is just a ten-minute walk away while Hastings Castle is just around the corner. Leave your coats and shoes in the hallway before continuing through to the beautifully decorated kitchen. This room is full of character and houses a range oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and cookbooks for inspiration should you need it. There is a separate utility room with an additional sink for rinsing beachwear washing machine and tumble dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals head to the spacious dining room where a large table sits next to a large bay window allowing in plenty of light. The lounge is located on the first floor and is a bright and airy room with fantastic sea views across to Hastings pier a large comfortable sofa and woodburner for cosy evenings in front of a film. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a super king-size bed with zip and link bed that can be separated into twin beds if needed. This room has wooden flooring exposed brick chimneybreast TV and steps down to a separate WC and en-suite shower room with a fully-enclosed sauna. On the second floor there is further bedroom with a super king-size bed which has a cosy woodburner extensive built-in wardrobes and spectacular sea views. The bathroom has wooden floors a large Jacuzzi bath WC walk-in power shower and even an exercise bike. Outside there is a fully enclosed partially covered courtyard garden with a rustic pine table and wooden bench this is a fantastic spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
