KITCHEN /BREAKFAST ROOM The modern and recently fitted kitchen is equipped with a range of sleek white gloss units and central island, black granite worktops, five-ring induction hob, gas oven, integrated microwave, larder fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a small breakfast table with two chairs, and a Roberts DAB radio.

CONSERVATORY/DINING ROOM Steps leads down from the kitchen to a spacious, light and sunny conservatory with designer table and six chairs, two sofas and CD hi-fi, and views across the town and to the estuary beyond. Bi-folding glass doors can open fully, offering access to the sunny garden, decking and terrace areas.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The first floor en suite master bedroom has a King size leather-framed bed, bedside units, wardrobe and Bose radio. Sliding glass doors out to small balcony with lovely views. The en suite has a bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit with basin, and w.c. On the ground floor are two further bedrooms the first has a double bed, bedside unit, fitted wardrobes and chair, whilst the third has two single beds, bedside unit, wardrobe and drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family shower room on the ground floor with electric shower, w.c. and corner basin.

OUTSIDE A very attractively presented area to the rear of the house with manicured lawn, shrubs and borders, as well as lovely stone terrace (with raised pond), and wooden decking. Small table with two chairs.

PARKING Off road parking for 2-3 cars plus boat trailer, on drive to the front and side of the house.
