A delightful little cottage alongside the owner's house who keep pet rescue donkeys, with views to The Black Mountains with great walking from the door. Talgarth only a few minutes walk down lane with pubs and shops. Brecon 7 miles. Hay-on-Wye 7 miles.
The cottage is called S40271 because the owners have some Rescue Donkeys kept in a nearby field and visitors are welcome to visit them. There are lovely walks from the cottage up to the Black Mountains above the village. The centre of the village of Talgarth is just a few minutes walk – so easy to collect a paper in the morning or to have a coffee in one of the local cafes; there are also several pubs and a post office/shop in the village.

This pretty cottage has oak floors throughout, a kitchen/sitting-room with a gas cooker, microwave, electric fridge and table and chairs. There is a comfortable sofa, which will convert to a sofa bed if required, Freeview TV with DVD.
Bedroom 1 : A pretty brass double bed
Bathroom with a free-standing claw- foot bath, separate shower, heated towel rail, handbasin and toilet. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, a chest freezer and ample storage for muddy boots, coats etc. there is another door here out to the garden.
