The cottage was formerly let as reference 2165 but is now under new ownership and undergoing some updates at present (February 2017).
Steps lead from the single track road to a patio area and to the front door.
Entrance is into a hallway and through to the open plan dining AND living room with French doors leading to another patio and the garden beyond.
The sitting area has a gas fire with back boiler and is furnished with two comfy sofas, armchair and coffee table.
The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a Welsh dresser.
The second sitting room has a gas fired “woodburner” and is furnished with a sofa, retro armchairs, bookcase and TV with DVD player.
The kitchen has a range of fully fitted units, electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
A door leads to the patio and garden.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms all of which enjoy country and sea views.
bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps.

There is gas fired central heating, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £30 per week at all other times ? please pay when booking.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Towels can be hired at £5 per guest.
A stairgate is available.
