ENTRANCE Steps lead down to the villa from the parking/reception area. The main entrance to the villa is into a hallway at ground floor level 2, off which are two en suite bedrooms.
KITCHEN /LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the first floor is an elegant hand-crafted kitchen equipped to the very highest standard with designer units, quartz worktops, a range of integrated Miele equipment including ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer and boiling hot water tap. The room opens out into a delightful lounge/dining area with large table seating eight comfortably, sofas, armchairs and flatscreen Smart TV. Tri-folding doors open out to the balcony and panoramic views across the estuary.
BEDROOMS Four in total, including three en suite. At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed, fitted wardrobe, doors to stunning balcony, and fully tiled en suite shower room. There is a further double room at this level with King size bed. At lower ground floor there are two further en suite bedrooms, one with super-King size bed and private terrace, and the other with a King-size bed. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the three en suites (above) is a small family bathroom, adjacent to the double bedroom at ground floor level.
UTILITY ROOM At lower ground floor level with washing machine and tumble dryer.
OUTSIDE There is a good-sized balcony off the sitting area with stunning views both across the estuary towards Millbay and East Portlemouth beaches and, uniquely as the first villa in the development, directly out to sea also.
PARKING Allocated parking for one car only. Additional parking is available in the long-stay car park (approx. 10 minutes walk) at extra cost.
HARBOUR SPA MEMBERSHIP Up to four guests at any one time can enjoy the use of the luxury spa facilities at the neighbouring Harbour Hotel. Spread over two floors the spa features an indoor pool, hydrotherapy, sauna, steam room and relaxing pebble room. Members can curl up in a private poolside cabana, reflect in the swimming pool's submerged seating, or indulge with an exclusive 15% discount on ESPA and Harbour signature treatments (subject to availability).
