KITCHEN /LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the first floor is an elegant hand-crafted kitchen equipped to the very highest standard with designer units, quartz worktops, a range of integrated Miele equipment including ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as a washer/dryer and boiling hot water tap. The room opens out into a delightful lounge/dining area with large table seating eight comfortably, sofas, armchairs and flatscreen Smart TV. Tri-folding doors open out to the balcony and panoramic views across the estuary.

BEDROOMS Four in total. At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room, as well as a further en suite double with King size bed. At lower ground floor there is a third double with King-size 4-poster bed, and a children's room to the rear with two single beds. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the two en suites (above) is a further family bathroom – adjacent to the children's bedroom – on the lower ground floor.

OUTSIDE There is a good-sized balcony off the sitting area with stunning views across the estuary towards Millbay and East Portlemouth beaches.

PARKING Allocated parking for one car only. Additional parking is available in the long-stay car park (approx.10 minutes walk) at extra cost.

OTHER INFORMATION Mostly beautiful oak or tiled flooring throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms. Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available.
