Further afield, but well worth a trip is Monkey World and the Tank Museum near Wool. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight, try crabbing at Milford-on-Sea, or a fishing trip from Lymington. Southampton with its nautical maritime history and shopping outlets is also within easy reach.
