First floor:
Bedroom 1 with 6ft 6in king size bed, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Bedroom 2 with twin single beds.
Bedroom 3 with single bed and cot.
Bathroom with bath with hand shower over, hand basin and WC.
Outside: A gated passageway down the side of the house leads to a pleasant, sunny, enclosed garden, planted with architectural foliage and provided with table and chairs creating a private sunny spot.
Included: Bed linen (guests must provide own towels), electricity and gas central heating and WiFi. Cot, travel cot and high chair available on request (please bring own bedding for cots).
