The ancient sea port of Whitby famed for its connection with Captain James Cook and Bram Stoker's Dracula and the elegant seaside town of Scarborough are just a short drive. Dalby Forest boasting cycle tracks, bridle paths, off roading and stunning barbecue and picnic areas easily accessed. With golf, fishing and horse riding locally there is something for all the family. The local pub serves cask ales, local ciders and pub food. Children are also welcome.
