Set in 5 acres of grounds between Nevern and Newport, this very comfortable first floor apartment offers an excellent holiday base for exploring North Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

There are views of Carningli Mountain and towards Newport Bay and Dinas Head from the apartment.

Newport is about a mile and a half away and has a great selection of pubs, eateries, individual shops and galleries. The coastal path can be joined here.

Newport Sands is about 3 miles.

Nevern is about a country mile and has a riverside pub, Celtic cross and historic church.

A flight of external metal stairs leads to the apartment.

Entrance is into the open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room which has a triple aspect with great views and is attractively furnished and well equipped.
The kitchen area has a range of fitted units incorporating an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a microwave oven.
Utility The owner offers shared use of the downstairs utility room by arrangement. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rails for wet coats etc.
The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
The sitting area has 2 comfy sofas, TV, DVD, occasional tables and a radio.

There are two bedrooms, both with mountain and sea views.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with zip and link twin beds (can make a 6' bed on request), bedside tables, built in wardrobe and dressing table.

The family bathroom has a white suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

There is a play room with games and toys, bean bags and plenty of space for storing suitcases etc.

Garden & Parking.

There is a parking space for 2 cars in front of the property. The 5 acre grounds include areas of woodland, a stream and pond, lawn areas and an abundance of well-established shrubs and borders. A garden table and chairs is provided and there are numerous other seating areas around the garden where one can just sit and enjoy this lovely spot.

All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
No baby equipment available; the property is not ideal for young children due to the external staircase, pond and extensive grounds.
1 well behaved dog is welcome as long as it can be friendly with the owners own dogs.
No smoking in the property.
There is oil fired heating. Heating and electricity are included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £20 per week at all other times, please pay the owner while at the property.
Wifi ? the owners have Wifi which can be accessed from certain rooms in the apartment.
