Property Description
The apartment is one half of an old half-timbered house and has a separate entrance. The owners use the other house as a holiday home and are occasionally spot.
The house is on a 5000 square meter property with beautiful garden, beautiful rhododendrons and magnificent old trees. The forest starts right behind the property and is ideal for hiking, jogging and extensive bicycle tours. Or laze all day on a sun lounger by the pool. A swimming lake can be reached in 5 minutes walk. Let the day fade away comfortably at the campfire or enjoy your own smoked fish.
Our house is located in a small village with stone church and a small lake with a swimming area. From here it is not far to the Plauer See, you can walk around by bike. Or opt for a boat ride through a whole chain of lakes. Many destinations are very close: the Bear Forest in Stuer, Malchow with summer toboggan run and monkey forest, the golf course in Goehren-Lebbin, or Point Beach Zislow. Am Plauer See and the surrounding lakes, there are cozy venues where you can enjoy overlooking the water freshly caught fish.
The apartment has 2 floors: the living and dining area downstairs you have a wonderful view of the garden. At the large dining table is enough room to play or for spreading the hiking maps. Board games and books are available. For weary travelers, we also have a cozy couch facing the TV. In the second Floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and tub.
If you want to do any excursions in the area: on the plot it is not boring. In the garden it flowers from March to October, the big trees are beautiful in every season, great spotted woodpecker and jay, hedgehogs and squirrels are to be discovered. A big trampoline is available, also a barbecue, a campfire site with benches, a big smoker and various garden furniture.
