The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 full sleeps, 2 extra beds are possible in the living room. In the spacious kitchen and living area you will find a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom area is also equipped with modern shower room. The 14 m² terrace with its rustic garden furniture invites you to linger and relax.
The holiday center Jan was built in 2004. It is located in Neuendorf at the Saaler Bodden, between Ribnitz- Damgarten and Barth. Bathing, fishing, kite and surfing possibilities are given in approx. 250 m distance. Neuendorf is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and excursions. Between the southern Bodden coast and Prerow (Darß) there is ferry service with bicycle transport. The apartments are ideal for guests who want to enjoy the scenery and appreciate silence. The harbor offers additional opportunities for recreational activities on the water.
In the house are apartments for 2 to 5 people. Extra beds are possible. The equipment of the apartments are new and comfortable. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A bicycle rental is on site.
For our younger guests there is a large playground with donkeys, ponies, goats, rabbits and birds to watch u. stroke.
Fishing enthusiasts will find a 5-hp license-free fishing boat 250 meters away in the harbor. If necessary, we will also provide you with the tourist permit. Just ask directly for our special offers for anglers.
The Saaler Wassersportcentrum, 3 km away, offers our guests surf – kite – courses, equipment.
From September to October you can observe the cranes in the fields. A special experience is when the cranes u. fly over the complex in the evening. Boat trips to the sleeping places of the cranes are also possible.
For friends of equitation there are several horse farms nearby with different offers.
