maintained exceptional overall impression.
Underfloor heating throughout the house, guest toilet, cloakroom and utility room with washing machine are included. A stove provides an atmospheric atmosphere even on cool days.
For a restful sleep are upstairs two sheep rooms with comfortable box spring beds. The large bathroom with walk-in large shower and corner bath leaves nothing to be desired. For further relaxation, the attached Finnish sauna and the outdoor Whirlpoo with 35 degrees warm water in the garden provides. (Children not without supervision)

The newly built Zeesenboot- and marina in Bodstedt with rustic restaurant and beautiful terrace is a worthwhile destination and in 7 minutes walk. For long walks in the beautiful nature, invites the directly adjacent forest.
Since the house is on a water plot (big pond) is, it is only suitable for children.
