The [nbsp] direct and wide view of the sea [nbsp] and the diverse nature of the separate kitchen, the living and dining room, the bedroom with desk and the two terraces you can sit in the front row. Here you can find peace or dream of a sea voyage as a captain on a long or short trip. The unique tiled floor is another detail that immediately catches the eye.
In the [nbsp] ground floor [nbsp] the bright and spacious living room awaits you. It is one of several communicative havens of Captain Hus. It goes into the cozy dining room with a large dining table (180×90). This invites you to culinary enjoyment or to play. The rotatable Norwegian stove offers pleasant warmth and wellness for the soul in cold weather.
The [nbsp] kitchen on the ground floor is separate and very modern and comfortably furnished. A washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and many more extras are integrated here. A small table with two bar stools seduces you to cook together with a good glass of wine and good conversation.
The bright guest bathroom with natural light completes the ground floor.
In the [nbsp] upper floor [nbsp] are two bedrooms and a shower bath color coordinated. In the first bedroom you will find a box spring bed (200×180) and in the second two single beds (each 200×90). Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and Rückszugmöglichkeiten such as an old school desk in the second bedroom.
On the covered terrace you can relax and soak up the sun. On the second, lake-side terrace you can rest in two beach chairs and enjoy the view with a glass of sparkling wine. A gas grill is also at your disposal.
Smoking and pets are not allowed throughout the house. In the house underfloor heating and mosquito screens were installed. The house has two parking spaces, a lockable storage shed and a bicycle stand for four bicycles.
