The optimal cut-detached houses are equipped with a wooden floor and furnished with respect for a warm atmosphere. Behind the large picture windows is a large semi-covered wooden terrace to the south. The open kitchen relies on functionality in size and features. The holiday home No. 1 offers you 40 sqm of modern living space for your holiday.
Your apartment is located with another apartment in a double-cottage. Each half of the house has its own separate entrance (east / west), the south terraces are separated by vegetation, so you can find your desired rest. Enough privacy inside is given by blackout curtains. A parking space you directly in its own grounds at your doorstep. The house is located in a cottage complex and is about 500m from the Baltic Sea beach.
Center of the bungalow is a bright kitchen. Behind the floor to ceiling panoramic windows awaits a cozy seating area with sofa and satellite TV. A large covered south terrace connects directly to the living room. Here you will find shade from the hot sun or even protection from rain on cooler days.
The functional kitchenette is equipped with fridge (freezer compartment), cooker with ceramic hob, sink and dishwasher, oven, extractor fan and dishes and utensils for max. 4 people equipped. A dining table is right next to it for you.
A cozy master bedroom with 1,40 m double bed (continuous mattress) and a cuddly separate second bedroom with self-built bunk bed (ideal for children) can accommodate a total of 4 people.
The sandy beach of Zierow is about 500m – so a dip in the cool waters is possible at any time (front flat sandy beach – ideal for children). are permanently installed electric heaters, which are heated with clean green electricity in each room. The bungalow was built in 2009 in modern architecture and furnished.
There are no additional consumption costs for the rental price. Electricity, water and internet access are included in the price. The house is powered by green electricity from GreenpeaceEnergy.
Tourist tax from 1. 4. – 1. 10. 10. of the year: 1 EUR / adult; Children until the age of 16 Age are exempt from tax. We take the visitor’s tax to the community and issue you a spa card.
Upon request we provide free of charge a high chair and / or a travel cot with mattress travel, moisture protection and linens available. All beds are made with fresh linens. We provide tea towel, dish soap, some tabs and rags. Bed linen and towels please bring.
