Our holiday home ‘Baltic Hus’, 2014 completed semi-detached house in a quiet location, offers a neat, maritime atmosphere for a relaxing holiday with the family in Zierow (state-approved resort since 2015). The open living area is bright and looks very generous. Special Details: large, swiveling Sat.Flat panel, a floor heating in the sitting-dining area, two bathrooms with floor to ceiling showers, heated towel rails and double washbasin in the large bathroom, electric blinds on the glass doors on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with double bed (90 x 200) and a children’s room with two single beds (80 x 200) and a second TV. On the top floor is another bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200).
The south terrace (in front of the house) is equipped with a lounge area; on the terrace behind the house is located next to the stationary fireplace grill a large dining table with six chairs. Both terraces offer a suitable place for every season.
In the rear gravel area of ??the garden sunbeds and a beach chair are available. The Baltic Sea is 500 meters, a car parking space is right in front of the house.
There are shopping opportunities in three kilometers away in Wendorf-West and Gägelow. Public transport can be found in 300 m.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION: The “Rental Fees” include the final cleaning i. H. V. € 80, -, WiFi and all utilities (gas, water, electricity) flat rate. We do not incur any additional costs. The municipality Zierow, however, raises a city tax i. H. V. 1 Euro per night and person over 16.
