The “Black Pearl” is very chic and modern and is located on the edge of the Reethausgebietes “De Poeler Drift” in the resort Zierow. Directly on the dirt road that leads to the natural beach, you can let your soul dangle again and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The wide view over the fields and meadows can be enjoyed from the in-house beach chair. Other terrace furniture is available on the sunny roofed terrace and invite you to linger.
The house has a modern equipped living area with TV, stereo and DVD. The holiday home offers free Wi-Fi.
The dining table is designed for 6 people. A high chair can be provided as needed.
The cozy sheep couch (with high-quality sleeping mattress) can be used for the 5th and 6th Person to be unfolded as needed.
A stove provides a cozy atmosphere in the house on cold days.
Throughout the house is a heated floor heating and outdoor shutters provide optimal visibility and sun protection.
The second shower room with sauna and toilet is also located on the ground floor.
The kitchen is very modern and in a glossy finish. It is equipped with all modern appliances, such as microwave, ceramic hob, oven, raclette, radio, dishwasher u. V. M. fitted.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. The 1. Bedroom overlooking the meadows, is equipped with a bed and chest of drawers. The single bed is extendable (160×200).
The 2. Bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed and a guest bed and wardrobe, mirrors and chests of high quality.
The full bath upstairs leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can end the day in the bathtub. The shower with Echtglassabtrennung, a towel dryer, toilet and sink are available.
On request, you can book related sheets and towels – so your holiday can start right.
In the house garden shed 2 wheels and cushions for the terrace furniture are available. Here you can also put your own wheels.
The beach is only a few minutes walk. In the village there is small store and in 5 km away Gägelow is a supermarket, bakery and hardware store. There you also get the firewood for the fireplace.
Golfing on the Baltic Sea is possible on many golf courses in the surrounding area.
