For nice trips into the surrounding area you can, for example, a visit to Bothmer Castle (Klütz, approx. 20 km) or to the island of Poel (approx. 20 km). Larger purchases are possible in Gägelow (about 3 km). There is a large shopping center with shops and supermarkets under one roof.
