Property Description
You will stay in very comfortable, newly created and modern furnished non-smoking apartments (with their own furnished terrace) according to the 4-star category, which can accommodate 70-75 sqm for up to 7 persons. Please understand that no pets can be brought along, as the apartments are allergic friendly!
Each apartment has two separate bedrooms as well as a bathroom with generous walk-in shower, WC and heated towel rail. It is a new, fully furnished kitchen with all electrical appliances (among other things) Ceramic hob, dishwasher). Coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and blender are part of the basic equipment and the living / dining area has flat satellite TV, DVD player, stereo compact system and Internet / DSL.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay. The use of washing machine and dryer in the separate room is free of charge. There is a car parking space available on request.
Our farm: Our holiday farm with a cozy family atmosphere offers a large children’s playground with covered sandpit, swing and climbing frame, football goals, trampoline, gymnastics bar, basketball net and a knight’s castle as well as a “vehicle park” for toddlers.
The park-like, large garden with pond and dreamlike plants invites you to linger. You can relax on the playground and lawn surrounded by fruit trees or in the garden of the Rosengarten, sit on the terrace or grill and explore nature by bike, inline skater or horse.
HORSEBACK RIDING: We offer you the possibility to participate directly in the house on the week of qualified riding lessons from the beginner to the class A / L, guided pony rides for children, or even rides into the forest. Riding paths bordering the farm lead into an idyllic riding area with well-known and extensive riding trails.
We would be pleased to provide you with a ‘own’ horse or pony during your stay. However, you can also bring your own horse / pony with guest boxes or grazing areas and a heated saddle room as well as an illuminated sand riding arena with the outer dimensions 20×40 m.
Furthermore, we also offer horseback rides with daily riding lessons at a flat rate, especially in the German school holidays. Please contact us!
CYCLING: Here you can start from the doorstep biking between 20 km and 70 km. We provide you with cycling maps with suggestions of different routes.
We will be pleased to work out an organized bike tour with a program for you. Here you have the choice from the active to the cultural program including catering.
