The covered terrace is ideal for relaxing outside with views of the neighbouring character properties and the steep vineyards.

The house is only 100 meters away from the nearest bus stop which takes you into the centre of Zell or to Frankfurt Hahn airport. The famous wine town of Zell is only two kilometers away and can be easily reached safely by bike, on foot, by bus or car . About 3 km in the other direction is Bullay where you can catch a train.
Walking, fishing, trips on the river, hiking, eating out, wine tasting or just relaxing on the terrace is all on your doorstep.
