Detailed apartment description:
Smile apartment is a unit at the ground floor of a small family home which was built in 2018. The owner took very good care and thoughts about how to create a unique apartment with all amenities one would need for a perfect holiday. So winter guests will benefit from the private and lockable ski room with ski boot heaters. Summer guests will enjoy their morning coffee or a hot summer day on the private and secured terrace.
The apartment itself is approx. 45m² big. When entering the apartment you will have a stylish wardrobe for your jackets and will then enter the living / eating / kitchen area. The sofa is a fold out bed and sleeps 2 persons comfortably. TV with cable channels and free and powerful WIFI is available. The dining area is just great for 4 persons as so is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, dish washer, oven, hob and a good selection of kitchen tools, cutlery and dishes. A welcome basket with amenities like dish washing soap, tabs for dish washer, kitchen towels, sponge cloth is available for a good start.
When entering the bed- and bahtroom you will be surprised about it’s unique layout. You will have a double box spring bed (180 x 200cm) and a hugh wardrobe to the right side. To the left side the bathroom starts with a walk in shower and a sink on top of the massiv wood bathroom cupboard offering a lot of shelfing space. We will provide shampoo and liquid soap from Luis Trenker as well as a hair dryer.
Location:
Piesendorf itself is a cute town with good supermarkets, some restaurants and bars. You will enjoy a coffee at the “Wohnzimma” or a delicious meal at the “Gasthof Eschbacher”. We have doctors, pharmacy, ATM’s in town.
Activities:
During summer the “Hinkelsteinbad” is a public outdoor pool offering great activities for children with slides, toadstoos, boccia, pit-pat and playground as well as a restaurant offering drinks and snacks.
During winter skiing beginners will enjoy the “Naglköpfl” skilift with it’s easy run. For advanced skiers either Kaprun with the glacier skiing Kitzsteinhorn or Zell am See will be first choice – both reachable within a less than 15 minutes drive.
Good to know:
There is an extra bedroom with bathroom available on request. Also the upper floor apartment is also available on request.
