The apartment (300 sqm) is part of the renovated 400 year old Pinzgauer Schrempf farmhouse (built in 1613) in 2015 and located in the sunny picturesque village of Niedernsill, 10 minutes drive from Kaprun and Zell am See. In spring, summer and autumn you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golfing, sailing, hiking and even skiing on the glacier of Kaprun. In winter go skiing or cross country skiing in the Kitzbühel Alps, the snowy glacier of Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. All accessible within 10 minutes drive.
In 2014 we have the slightly dilapidated farmhouse (anno 1613), purchased, and with lots of love and patience renovated into a cozy and comfortable apartment which we have retained as much as possible the characteristic elements. Unique are the vaults in the bedroom and bathroom and the old doors give the apartment a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The apartment Schrempf Anne home on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farmhouse and has 14 beds. The luxurious living room with kitchen and dining area is about 100²m spacious. From the living room / kitchen / dining area has a magnificent panoramic view of the Hohe Tauern. In the living room, a spacious sitting area, flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and iPod docking / CD / radio can be lovely chat about the day. The kitchen is equipped with a combination oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine and toaster. Plates, glasses, cutlery are plenty available. The cooking island is equipped with an induction cooker and cozy bar stools. The spacious comfortable dining area will certainly ensure that you can still linger deliciously. The patio doors give access to the balcony (south), sunny terrace (south-west), which include a lounge set and barbecue.
The apartment has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size 2-pers. bed and a flat-screen TV. Next to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom with double sink, tub, shower and toilet. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bedroom 2 has a king-size 2-pers. bed, bunk beds, a flat-screen TV and a 2nd bathroom with a double sink, shower and toilet and underfloor heating. The spacious hall on the 1st floor features a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and Wii games console. There are plenty of games and children’s books available. The hall gives access to the balcony on the east side and west side of the apartment. Through the hall you have access to the 3rd toilet and utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
On the 2nd floor (attic) is a 3 bedroom. This bedroom has a 2x 2-pers. bed. Next to this bedroom is a 3rd large bathroom with double sinks, (heavy) shower and wonderfully spacious sauna. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bedroom 4 has a king-size 2-pers. bed, 2x 1-pers. bed, flat-screen TV and access to the balcony (south).
Throughout the apartment is available for free WiFi. There is a ski storage room and free private parking is available.
The ski bus stop and train station is within walking distance of the apartment. The fresh rolls for breakfast, you can pick up at the supermarket on the doorstep. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters away. Bike and hiking trails are right outside the door.
Niedernsill is a picturesque village, centrally located in the Pinzgauer valley. 8 km is the center of Kaprun and the Maiskogelbahn. Within walking distance is the bus stop and train station.
