You’ll find this magnificent chalet in the attractive village of Niedernsill, centrally located in the Salzburgerland area, surrounded by the skiing areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg. The chalet is semi-detached and the right side of the house is completely yours. Because of its large floor area, split over three floors, this chalet is ideal for friends or families travelling together. The high quality interior and warm atmosphere will make you feel right at home. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with open kitchen, which offers direct access to the large terrace and the garden. There’s also a bedroom with bathroom on this floor. There are three further, spacious bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is fitted with an en-suite bathroom. There’s an additional, separate bathroom for the guests staying in the other 2 bedrooms. Of the 4 bedrooms in total, 3 feature a double bed and 1 has 1 bunk bed and 2 singel beds. In the basement you’ll find a storage room for your ski equipment as well as your own private wellness area with a sauna, which is the perfect place to relax after a day out in the snow or after a long walk or mountain bike tour. In short, a magnificent chalet, totally deserving its four star rating. Niedernsill makes a perfect base for your holidays, both in summer and winter! There are lots of opportunities in the direct vicinity for mountain biking, golf, hiking, glacier skiing, paragliding, horseback riding and of course for people who are looking for peace and quiet. In winter, it’s only a short drive to the pistes of Kitzbühel, Kaprun and Zell Am See The caretaker offers an additional grocery shopping service. She will contact you by email around one week before arrival and will send you a shopping list. If you are interested, you can indicate which groceries you would like to have stocked when you arrive. She will take care of the shopping and you will find the requested items in the kitchen when you arrive. It will save you time and cargo space!
