On the ground floor bordering the huge hall, you will find two spacious bedrooms and the wellness area with sauna. On the first floor you will find the large living room with open kitchen, which has modern furnishings. From the sunny balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the second floor you have access to a total of four bedrooms. Three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed measuring 90x200cm and a children’s bed measuring 70x140cm. The location of the holiday home is ideal; in the middle of the well-known skiing area of "Zell am See-Kaprun" and close to the centre of Zell am See and Kaprun! Nature, quiet and a sunny location with modern-day comforts are the key-words that are expressed in this holiday home. The ski bus leaves directly in front of the house and it will take you to the glacier of Kitzeinerhorn in Kaprun or to the well-known Zell am See-Schüttdorf. After an intense day of holiday activities you can recharge in your own private sauna! It is even possible to book a massage on request. During the summertime, the surroundings of Zell am See also offer many opportunities such as walking, cycling and swimming in one of the most beautiful lakes in the Alps. For golf enthusiasts, this holiday home is also perfectly located. The 36-hole golf course near Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most beautiful golf courses of Austria. The best day trips in the area include Salzburg (the city of Mozart), the citadel of Hohenwerfen and the Großglockner. All of these are less than an hour’s drive by car. Please note: charging an electric vehicle is not permitted at this property. Parking a camper van or a caravan on the property’s parking spot is also not allowed.
