You’ll enjoy a unique experience in this chalet in the heart of Kaprun, a winter sports town par excellence. In the tastefully furnished chalet with several modern accents you’ll find a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to your private garden. In this spacious garden you’ll find a beautiful private, heat-fired jacuzzi and a private outdoor sauna. Plenty of luxury. On the ground floor and the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms in total, as well as 2 bathrooms; the accomodation sleeps up to 12 people. The unique thing about this chalet is that in the back of the house 3 so-called sleeping barrels have been placed, creating a private bedroom for 3 x 2 people. These barrels are outside and can be reached through the covered veranda. There also is a special sanitary barrel with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The chalet is perfect for 18 people, but if there are 20 guests, 2 people can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will not need a car during your stay here thanks to the chalet’s central location near the centre, night life, ski shuttle bus and the ski pistes. Skiing enthusiasts know Kaprun as a wonderfully large ski resort. The glacier is open almost year-round so you can always enjoy the eternal snow. (You can notify the owner about when you wish to use the jacuzzi). He will then make sure that the jacuzzi is filled with water and that it’s at the right temperature. On a fixed time on Sunday or Monday the first time is free, afterwards it can be booked for a fee.) Please note: the chalet is being built and will be ready in mid-November 2018; the pictures and images show the comfort level, but can differ from the final result. The final pictures are expected in late December 2018.
