The lavish living space strikes a luxurious tone with the loggias or balconies in front. Large glass surfaces and light-suffused rooms offer plenty of space for very personal wishes and needs. A ply of colours and materials is made while subtle wall colour ensures quiet and well-being in the bedrooms with their access to the open areas. A particular highlights is the in-house sauna in every maisonette.
The interior concept appears simple and straightforward. Clear architectural lines plus the use of exposed concrete and black iron in the interior represent a contrast to the warm wooden floors with oak floorboards, wallpaper and fabrics.
The 70s style interior is likewise a contrast to the subtle use of regional materials like wood, natural stone, felt, leather and fur.
