We will gladly reserve our apartment for our guests!
Our 44sqm large, private home is located on the 1st floor of a detached house and has the character of small apartments. The four beds is a bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable, umbaubares sofa bed in the living room. You’ll also find a table with adequate seating. For your comfort, there are both satellite TV and a hi-fi system.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your holiday stay in Xanten: A cooker with ceramic hob and oven and a microwave are available, as a coffee maker, a toaster and a refrigerator. Weather permitting, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the small balcony.
As an extra, we offer our guests three adult bikes, as well as one child and youth bicycle, a bicycle seat for toddlers can be fitted if required. On-site barbecue facilities you can comfortably enjoy the evening.
Find us (read: Finns) in the north of the Roman town of Xanten in the district Vynen, about 6km from the city center with its many attractions and historic buildings and the archaeological sites of the Archaeological Park.
In less than 1km away you will find a bakery, a hairdresser and an ATM Sparkasse. A Chinese restaurant and a restaurant serving traditional cuisine are also on site.
Please note that it is in the property to a Non smoking apartment and unfortunately we can not tolerate pets.
