Property Description
Large (130 sqm) child-friendly apartment in a detached thatched house on the edge of the marsh. Quiet residential area, partly residential street. The apartment is on the entire first floor and has a separate entrance. There are two other apartments in the house (including another apartment).
There is a big garden for common use to garden table with 4 chairs for each apartment available. Two great bikes, a bobby car, a buggy and a large carts are available for our guests.
The living area is very spacious and open plan to the gable, freestanding fireplace in the middle, large sitting area, dining table, 2 additional sofa beds, flat screen TV (satellite) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher and large electric oven. In the bathroom there is a washer and dryer. Separated from the kitchen by a room divider is the double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers etc. For children there is a separate children’s room with two beds, a cot and toys. Stairs and windows are specially protected.
Pets are welcome on request gladly.
Rates: in the rental price for the first week is the cleaning fees included (by law). Therefore, the daily prices from. 8 Day significantly lower: season 59, – €, low season 90, – €, season 99, – €.
