The very spacious apartment has regular (extra beds possible) eight beds in four beds. With 160 square meters of living space, there is enough space to sit comfortably together or rather to enjoy the tranquility alone. The cozy kitchen gives you the possibility to cook or to enjoy extended breakfasts. 2016 and 2017 completely renovated.
Accessible
The apartment is free of obstacles and has no steps. Elevation differences were compensated with ramps. The apartment is very bright in every area and offers enough room to maneuver with a walker or wheelchair. The wash basins in the bathrooms are underneath. A shower is on the ground floor and wheelchair usable. If desired, aids such as a toilet chair or a walker can be provided. The stove is slightly lowered to ensure good accessibility. The apartment is ground level and it can be kept in front of the entrance and parked nearby.

The apartment is plastered with high-quality Maxit lime plaster. This acts as a natural air-conditioning system and has been tested by the eco-INSTITUTE for the most harmless pollutant and emission requirements for health safety and has been awarded the eco-Institut label. High-quality silicate paints were used as wall paints. The floors are made of solid oak and ceramic mosaic tiles.
Arrival and departure
The apartment can only be rented per week. If nothing else is agreed, Saturday is the arrival and departure day. Please leave the apartment by 11.00 am at the latest.
house rules
It is a non-smoking holiday flat. For smokers there is a cozy outdoor arbor.
Pets cost for cleaning reasons 90 euros extra.
Celebrations and celebrations are possible. Since it is however a very quiet area, from 22:00 clock is asked for room volume.
