The comfortably furnished and family-friendly apartment with a small separate bedroom is located in the 4th. Floor in the house 49 BII Nautilus in the holiday park directly on the Steinhuder sea. The apartment is ideal for two to three adults or for a small family with up to two children.

From the balcony you look sideways onto the Steinhuder Meer and into a green park that lines the resort from the main road to the water. The Steinhuder Meer is only about 90 meters away from your house entrance. Small sailing boats are located in the local marina and you can see the Badeinsel in the immediate vicinity.
In the apartment is a small fitted kitchen with a 2-plate stove. Oven is unfortunately not available. Instantaneous water heater over the sink. Coffee machine and toaster are available.
You will find salt, pepper, flour, sugar, 2 trash bags, Zewatücher, coffee filters 1×4, as well as tea and tealights in the closets before.

For a booking of two people we get the double bed in the bedroom. Special requests please announce in advance!
The cozy dinette can accommodate 4 people on a round, extendable table with four chairs.
For your car you will find a parking space on the east side of the resort. From there you can get into the house without steps to the elevator. Also on the Bleichstraße, directly in front of the holiday park, there are free parking lots on the roadside.

With a wheelchair you get from the east side wheelchair accessible in the 4. Floor.
The swimming pool / pool with countercurrent system and the sauna with a small spa area (loungers, relaxation room), can be used free of charge in the house.
It is best to hop into the warm water (24 degrees) before breakfast and start the day fresh and fit. Swimming pool and sauna area are daily from 6 o’clock to 22 o’clock usable. (Please note the cleaning times).
A solarium can be used for a small fee (coins).
The laundry room is equipped with high-quality coin-operated washing machines and dryers and is located on the same level as the apartment. You will receive value coins at the nearby petrol station.
Your holiday home is oriented to the west. If you want, you can watch the sunset from your holiday home and let the day fade away. This is wonderful from the balcony or from the 145 cm x 205 cm large double bed in a separate bedroom.
To the balcony is a step that can not be overcome with a wheelchair!
All windows can be completely darkened as needed with shutters. Window in the bedroom and the balcony door are lockable.
A sailing club is located at the end of the resort. There you can also attend courses.
Within sight and about 10 minutes walk away is the bathing island with a sandy beach and large meadow and invites large and small to bathing fun and ball games. Also great new playgrounds are available there.
On lonely benches directly at the sea and on the immediate terrace of the gastronomic enterprise of the bathing island you can stay comfortably in nice weather.
A bus stop is right at your doorstep on the Bleichenstraße.
A short walk to the village takes about 15-20 minutes.
There you can book various boat trips to the island of Wilhelmstein, as well as other boat tours on the Steinhuder Meer. Emigrants Boats, pedal boats, electric boats and rowing boats are on offer at the various landlords.

You will find in Steinhude a butterfly farm, a fishing and weaving museum, various playgrounds, a Scheunenviertel, a quaint center with changing theme events, the windmill Paula, mini golf, weekly market and flea market, a bike rental and other interesting conditions. Steinhude has something for every age.
But you can also just stroll through the small shops or spoil your taste buds in a cozy fish or restaurant. Ice cream parlors and
Fish stalls are available at various backyards or on the street.
You can go shopping during the season in Steinhude 7 days a week. Grocery stores are also open on Sundays. The nearest grocery store is approximately 1.1 kilometers from your apartment.
You can enjoy breakfast daily at a nearby café and bakery. It is about 600 meters from your accommodation.

The Steinhuder Meer is on the occasion of the World Water Day on 22.
