Our holiday home “Reethüs Jan”, a very special holiday home. Located at the gates of the beautiful old Hanseatic city of Wismar, directly on the quiet Wismar bay, it combines elegant cosiness with attention to detail.
Here you will find, dear holiday guest, the highest level of comfort. The beautiful house extends over approximately 180 m² living space and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the beautiful landscaped grounds you will find two terraces and an outdoor sauna. Close to the beach, the Baltic Sea, even from the living room, always in view. You will be enchanted…..

This well designed house has a high standard and offers plenty of space – both in the comfortably furnished interiors and in the beautifully landscaped garden, which has two terraces and an outdoor sauna with sea views. On the ground floor awaits you, among other things, a light-flooded living and dining area, which is not only great equipped, but also allows a view of the Baltic Sea. Another highlight in this area is the fireplace. What could be better than to browse through the holiday library after an extended day of vacation, to listen to some music or to relax in front of the satellite TV – everything is possible in this harmonious and lovingly furnished house! On the ground floor is also a so-called alcove bedroom with a cozy double bed to be found – a very special experience.
In the open kitchen of the furnished with attention to detail cottage, which has 5 rooms, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The freshly prepared dishes can be enjoyed after a long meal on the large dining table. For smaller children a high chair is available.
On the second floor you will find among other things a gallery, which offers a magnificent view of the sea and access to the balcony. You will also find two bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms at this level. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds. In a bedroom, you will also find a travel cot. While the first bathroom has a spa bath, two vanities and a toilet, the second bathroom has a shower, a toilet and two vanity units. Two more beds can be found on the third floor. These are in contrast to the beds on the second level designed as single beds – ideal for older children.
Other features of this individual holiday home include a second TV, Internet via Wi-Fi, a flat-rate phone, a barbecue, a parking space in front of the house, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, a wagon, sandpit and sports cart for the children as well as a game collection.

The exclusively designed holiday home on the Baltic Sea with sauna, fireplace, balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea and a great garden is individually and comfortably furnished. It is a non-smoking house. Up to 2 pets are allowed in this domicile (plus 10 € / Ov per pet).
Bread service, private chef or massage desired? This is not a problem in “Reethüs Jan”. Please ask our staff, we will advise and inform you.
booking
The price is for the occupancy of 2-4 guests including bed linen, towels and utilities. Each additional guest costs 20 € / night including bed linen, towels and utilities. The minimum rental period for all holidays is 7 days!
Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time.
Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds & towels for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is directly on the beach.
