On our premises, you are on a very quiet former farmhouse that has been converted into a romantic estate. The entire property is fenced and surrounded by woods and meadows and therefore ideal for guests with dogs or young children. Inside the fence there are two cottages, the house and a barn. In the nearby house pond you can swim in the summer, take a boat or simply relax.
The house is a cozy cottage with special ambience. In addition to the cozy lounge with TV and satellite receiver downstairs a practical kitchen with dining table. The covered patio is cool and shady in the summer. The cozy fireplace invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and hob. Dishes and utensils are available. From here, incidentally, also the stove is stoked. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor to the bedrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed sky and a large picture window. The upper floor is equipped with carpeting and flooring in the master bedroom. The small guest room includes a bed, a table and a cupboard. The studio house is ideal for a small family with z. B. suited a child. The heating is done solely via the central fireplace. Firewood is plentiful. The house is suitable for up to 3 people.
