Vacation home
Are you looking for relaxation and a pleasant atmosphere Our recently renovated cottage is located in the village Langewiese. The vacation home is located in a suburb (a dead end street) with a nice, spacious view on the area.
On the ground floor you find: a nice and large living/dining room with a fireplace, dining table for 6, an adjoining terrace, a flat screen TV, radio and a DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with e.g. a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and a coffee pad machine. A bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink complete the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with 1.40m wide beds and a bathroom with a sink and a toilet. In the large bedroom there’s an extra couch that allows you to step back sometimes. An extra toilet with fountain is available here.
House: A detached location in a quiet side street (dead ended) in the Winterberg-Langewiese area.
Area:
A gorgeous view on the surrounding mountains up until Kahler Asten. Walking and cycling routes start right in front of the house. During winter Langewiese has a small skiing area (especially natural snow) and a cross-country skiing area. Catering is available.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
