Property Description
Our apartment is located in a multi-family house and has a parking space in the garage. The apartment is about 60 square meters and has a balcony.
The apartment has a hallway, a bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms and a living / dining room with fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The one bedroom has a double bed and a very large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, the other bedroom has two single beds and large wardrobe. In the apartment is free radio.
We are happy to provide a cot and a baby chair free of charge.
The apartment is located in close proximity to the ski area (ski rental in 100 meters away), the adventure mountain cap with panoramic bridge, bobsleigh track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing park and the Rothaarsteig.
The Winterberg golf course is about 1 km away.
The city center of Winterberg with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot
Skiliftkarussel Winterberg
The Skiliftkarussel Winterberg consists of an amalgamation of 20 lifts, which can almost all be snowed. Chair and anchor lifts take you quickly to the six mountains with numerous descents
You can choose between blue, red and black pistes, depending on your courage and ability. Three practice lifts and two toboggan lifts are also part of the area. The nearest ski rental is 100 meters away, to the next ski slope you only need to cross the street ‘Am Waltenberg’: the car can stop.
Bikepark Winterberg and Bikearena Sauerland
The Bikepark Winterberg is the largest and most versatile bike park in Germany.
Exercise course, 9 km of trails and a 900 m long downhill track with about 20 jumps, steep turns and root passages offer something for every ability.
The Bike Arena Sauerland consists of 30 routes with a total length of 1.140 kilometers. It takes about 22,000 meters to overcome. Thanks to its variety, the Bike Arena Sauerland is unique in Germany. Various bike arena tours lead directly past the holiday home.

Rothaarsteig
The Rothaarsteig goes about 100 meters past the house and is thus within walking distance. 154 km of pure hiking experience:
154 km from Brilon in the Sauerland over the Wittgensteiner Land and Siegerland to Dillenburg at the foot of the Westerwald. An abundance of natural history, cultural and historical interesting starting points and educational forestry presentations on the natural topics forest and water line the route. The Rothaarsteig – the path of the senses – leaves nothing to be desired.

Directly at the entrance of Winterberg is the golf course. The 9 hole. Golf course is surrounded by an almost untouched natural landscape. The fairways are surrounded by an old trees. Numerous inclinations and a natural water course characterize the facility. The view of the Sauerland mountains underscores the special charm of the resort.
