Apartment
A beautiful 3-star holiday accommodation. It is suitable for 5 guests and one small child. The cozy living-dining room offers access to the balcony. From here, you have a splendid view of the south-east of Sauerland. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons, such as a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and a fridge with ice box. The bathroom has a shower with toilet and washbasin. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, the 2nd room has an extra single bed. There is free WiFi available. A cot and high chair are provided, and there is a storage room for skis and bikes.

A small complex, at the entrance to Neuastenberg. You have a magnificent view of the area of Winterberg.
Surrounding
Neuastenberg has a bakery and supermarket. A butcher’s shop is nearby. There are several restaurants in the area. The ski slopes are only 5 minutes away on foot. The cross-country skiing trails start right outside your door. Winterberg and all the associated facilities are 5 km away.The SauerlandPas gives you free bus and train travel in Sauerland. The free Winterberg Card Plus gives you free or discounted entry for up to 40 attractions and events.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
