Apartment
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two rooms have a third bed and a cot (up to 4 years). For larger children, there are 2 foldaway beds. In the living room, you will find a large dining area and a sofa bed. The living room opens up to the patio, equipped with garden furniture. The living area is 110 m2. The storage room has space for bikes, skis etc. The apartment is smoke-free. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2013. The 2 bathrooms have a shower and toilet. Complex
All the apartments at Haus Merian are suitable for families or groups, and can easily be combined. Many guests make a booking with multiple families. In the basement, there is a fun play area for the children. The WinterbergCard Plus, which you receive when you book, offers discounts on attractions and events.

This apartment is situated in a quiet side street. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is only 5 minutes’ walk away. The centre of Winterberg is also nearby, with a large and diverse range of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. You can go out for a meal or enjoy a night out on the town in the many restaurants and bistros, nightclubs and apres-ski bars. The area of Winterberg offers lots of leisure facilities, including a lake for sailing, caves and a leisure park.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
