This group accommodation is located just a few kilometers from the center of Winterberg, in Silbach. Haus Lattice is a more than 200-year-old half-timbered house, which was recently completely renovated (inside and out). Of course it has retained its original half-timbered style, but contains all the modern amenities and comforts you would expect in a modern vacation rental. The location, right in the village, means it’s close to public transport facilities (bus, train), restaurants, ski equipment rental (winter) and a supermarket where you can purchase tasty sandwiches and groceries.
The furnishings and decor of this house have been chosen by the owner with great care. In winter you can sit around the cozy fireplace or relax with a massage shower after skiing. In summer it is nice to relax in the garden, which has a garden house with roof. There is a large BBQ available and a nice sitting area where you can sit even in bad weather.
This group accommodation has an area of 240 square meters and can accommodate up to 12 people. The accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen with all the amenities, a living room, and 3 bathrooms.
Ground floor: entrance with hall to the basement  and to the living room. In the living room there is a large leather couch, two armchairs, a footstool, a large LCD TV, stereo and DVD player, and a lounge / dining area for 12 persons. On this floor there is also a luxurious kitchen (with all the amenities, including a double dishwasher), one bedroom with a satellite LCD TV, a bathroom, a washer / dryer, toilet and access to the garage.
1st floor: staircase to the loft with four large bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a color and / or theme including one red, one blue, one brown, a collection chamber (good for children) and even a crooked room. One bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub next to a toilet. On the first floor there is also the back door which opens onto the garden.
The bedrooms are all decorated in a different color or theme, so guests can make a choice whether they want to stay in a modern, romantic or old-fashioned room. In winter there is wood for the fireplace (free of charge). You will lack nothing during your stay.
In the garden there is a log cabin containing a 6-person sauna. In addition, there are two terraces, one containing a partially covered sitting area and a shed.
There is a double garage (with remote control) for parking and a spacious outdoor terrace and two sitting / relaxation places, one of which is covered so you can unwind in a nice sheltered place. Amenities include a BBQ, lounge chairs for outside and a large outdoor sauna. We have free wireless internet with the possibility to rent laptops for a small fee, satellite LCD TVs with or without DVD players, and luxurious and romantic furnishings.

The house is non-smoking, but there are several (indoor) facilities where you can smoke. In the house you should not wear (wet) boots.
