Apartment
You will definitely love this newly furnished apartment (ground floor)! The living room with sitting area and open-plan kitchen has all mod-cons. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker, Mikrowave with grill, Senseo coffee machine and a toaster. The two balconies mean you can enjoy the sun all day, and can also enjoy a wonderful holiday while you are at the apartment. A cot and high chair are available. Both bedrooms have a large double bed. The bathroom, with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, is a small wellness oasis. There are 2 parking spaces behind the house. There is also a storage room and room to store your ski gear, a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is part of a house and is situated in a quiet residential area. The ski slopes and hiking trails are only a few minutes away by car. The SauerlandCard, which is free when you book, offers you free bus and train travel in Hochsauerland and discounts on attractions and events nearby.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
