The completely renovated apartment with the homely atmosphere is located in Niedersfeld. Every comfort is there and guarantees a wonderful holiday. The living room has a TV and a DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and oven. Of the 2 bedrooms one is furnished with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity and a toilet. From the living room you reach the sunny terrace and the adjoining extensive garden. What a view you have from there! Here you can have a wonderful, long holiday reminisce.

You can park outside the front door. There is a storage room (for your ski equipment).
Surroundings
Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can face the challenge of mountain bike trails. You can simply walk to the Hillebachsee and do water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, playing table tennis or volleyball and much more. In winter it is a paradise for snow lovers. You can go sledding (a sled is available), skiing in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure Winterberg. It is only 10 minutes by car to the excellent slopes. Hikers will be tempted by the magical Hochheide.
