There is room for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is an extra sofa bed in one of the double rooms. The kitchen was newly decorated and has all mod-cons. It has a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine and dryer are found in a separate bathroom with toilet only. There are a large dining table and wood-burning stove in the living room (wood is not supplied). In the summer, you can enjoy the adjacent patio with garden. There is WiFi available in the entire house.
Complex
The house is detached, situated in a quiet area near the Postwiese slopes in Neuastenberg. Kids can play to their hearts content in the garden. You can use the existing BBQ. The patio is lovely both during the day and in the evening.
Surrounding
Winterberg is 4 km away. In Neuastenberg, there are a few restaurants and there is a bakery.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
