The apartment has a modern well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2nd separate toilet, and 3 bedrooms. 1st bedroom with two single beds next to each other, 2nd bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed and 3rd bedroom with 4 single beds.
Behind the house is a small terrace with barbecue facilities.
Private parking spaces at the house.
Possibility to store bicycles or motorbikes in the barn at the house.
From the house you walk directly into the Kurpark for a nice walk or you enter the cozy center of Winterberg with various shops, restaurants and terraces.
The Winterberg swimming pool is approx. 200 meters away and the ski slopes are approx. 1. 600 meters from the house.
