If you rent this house the whole building, consisting out of 2 stacked apartments with 2 balconies and a private terrace, stays at your disposal. The comfortable and luxurious apartments are of very high quality. You will reach the house by a winding access road on a steep vineyard, the breathtaking view over the village and the green region will move you. The building is at one area where also 2 other high quality holiday homes from the same owner are located. To this area belong the beautifully landscaped garden with pond, and the wellness area with sauna and solarium. Adenau is a small, friendly town with many restaurants, bars and shops. In the area there is much to do. Visit for example the very nearby Nürburgring, the Eiffelberg radio telescope or one of the many themed animal parks. The Eifel region offers further many walking trails, especially the red wine trail (from Altenahr) is recommended. The apartments are separately rentable; look under the codes: DE-53518-10 for the lower floor and the DE-53518-09 for the upper floor.
