You can walk within 3 minutes to the bakery for fresh bread (whether or not invested). Within 3 minutes you are at the best restaurants. Within 7 minutes you can walk to the water park and ice rink. Within 7 minutes you can walk to the gondola to go up with skis, mountain bike or dog. The supermarket is a 6-minute walk or 1 minute by car.
The house is modern and has a lovely lounge sofa, which you do not often find in a vacation destination. Our experience was that a bank in a house is always too small and gives back pain, so we have arranged well first.
The house has a hard and fast internet connection. This almost never happens in a German holiday. If there is no wifi, unless you login with other neighbors on a German “hotspot” and it is extremely slow and often not working. So with us no problem because the house its own secure connection (private subscription) has that no one else can.
In the morning you can enjoy fresh pastries from the German bakery on the balcony in the sun. At the end of the day you can enjoy relaxing on the lounger or take a bath.
The bathroom not only has a bathtub as well as a separate shower. This is extremely rare in German apartments. Typically, it is either the one or the other. There is a large water heater unit, so no problems with cold water.
Sleeping is wonderful beds. The master bedroom has a Eastborn boxspring bed. The 2 other beds have wonderful mattresses and 200 cm long. The master bedroom even has air conditioning. This is nice when it’s hot in the summer. Just before bed if desired cooling the bedroom. Moreover, the bedroom has blinding curtains if you want to be awakened by the light outside.
The Maisonette is in a modern villa is very well maintained by the owners. There is a manager who services. If there is snow, the access to the property and parking lot by the manager made regular snow.
