The studio L. Y.M. A. is a modern studio apartment with open kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a covered terrace.
Located in the pedestrianized district Coldewei, the city center and various attractions by car in 5 minutes can be reached. Hooksiel is 10 minutes away, as beaches and other attractions along the coastal road.
By bicycle tours take directly into the green, it is beyond the East Frisian road only 10 minutes to the castle Kniphausen …
The studio is located on the property of the owner and is accessible through a separate entrance. To protect the privacy, the resort features a terrace exclusive use.
In addition to a SieMatic kitchen, the apartment has a dining table with four chairs, satellite TV, games console, sleeping facilities are available for up to four people (double bed and sofa bed). Here comfortably sleep three adults or two adults and two children up to adolescence.
A cot is available on request.
The terrace is accessible via a double door element and extends with its seating for four people to the living room. The terrace is covered (steel / glass structure) and has an electric awning.
