Our house has a beautiful garden with terrace and a conservatory with automatic conservatory awning so that they can sit in the summer in peace and pleasant temperatures in the conservatory.
The house has 4 bedrooms + 1 baby room / children’s room, 3 bathrooms +1 guest toilet (total 4 bathrooms) and a large living and dining area. The house is very generous and can accommodate up to 10 people.

4 bedrooms with double beds (the double room on the ground floor is equipped with a third bed), of which 1 room with a separate dressing room as a baby bedroom incl. Changing room and baby bed can be used

The house is located in a quiet residential area (30 zone) in direct dyke position. It has an ingrown garden, which invites both to relax in the green, as well as offers space for children to play.
Several playgrounds are located in the vicinity. Swimming in the North Sea Hooksiel can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Shops also within 5 minutes walking distance (ATM, bakery, supermarket, post office, kiosk). In the district Rüstersiel there are three restaurants, which are within walking distance.
The city center can be reached by bus or by car in 10 minutes.
Our prices include bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water and parking. There is no city tax.(There are no hidden costs)
