The ranch house is a cottage in wood construction and is situated on the edge of a very quiet and idyllic forest settlement. The plot is located about 150m from the River Aller (260 km long tributary of the Weser). The free view invites you to dream and relax. The magnificent sunsets leave a glass of wine forget the everyday life.
You enter the house by a side entrance door to the entrance hall with cloakroom, or the spacious covered front door directly into the living area on the ground floor. The large kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast area is the large, cozy living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace, open plan. Dining table at a large window and access to the semi-covered porch. On the ground floor is 1 of 2 bathrooms with shower / WC. In the upper section there are 1 master bedroom with a double bed 1,80m x 2,00m, cot, TV and walk-in closet, 1 living room with flat TV and sleeps up to 4 people (double bed 1,40 mx 2,00 m and a cozy living area, which can be a double bed if needed remodel a few steps). On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a large Jacuzzi tub. The roof terrace on the upper floor with an unobstructed view of the nature invites in the afternoon or To linger evening sun and relax.

The Aller leads directly Nordburg past in Schwachhausen. Nearby are many idyllic backwaters of the Aller, invite you to linger.
In some oxbow lakes in the immediate vicinity may on payment of a small fee to the respective owners be fished (Please contact us for details if necessary!).
Canoe trips on the River Aller or Örtze are worth a venture. In about 500m distance from the house is located in Restaurante Allerparadies a canoe and paddle boat rentals.
The natural swimming pool about 800m away is the pure fun for all ages.
