It can fit easily 4 people (2 separate rooms, 1 big king size bed in the bedroom and 1 big double bed couch in the living room)

With ARTHOUSE we have tried to create an elegant place in a great part of the city center focusing on the most important things for guests – location, cleanliness, comfort and style. We love the smile of our guests when they walk in 🙂

This beautiful apartment offers you supreme comfort inside and outside. You will be living right in the city center with a 3 minutes walk to the U2 subway station Schottenring and also walking distance to some of the top attractions of Vienna – Stephansplatz, Prater, Stadtpark, Donaukanal etc.

– The livingroom is very bright and full with natural light, the bedrom is comfy and very quiet
– It’s in the middle of the center and yet quiet when you open the window, since it’s located on a side road
* What makes the place so SPECIAL for our guests is the LOCATION, which is surrounded by nature, the danube and it’s Canal with beautiful beach Bars. But it’s also just steps away from most of Vienna’s main attractions.
Vienna’s Hard Rock Café i just minutes away, what gives you and idea of the apartments central location. 🙂

Interaction with Guests
I take great interest in interacting with our guests, I believe that adding that personal touch makes all the difference.
In the ART HOUSE, an insider in Vienna will only be a call/email away to make your stay the best as possible!
I also really enjoy hosting people from all over the world and if my guests want I’m happy to take time for a nice chat.
Otherwise I will be there just as much as needed, to open the apartment when I explain my guests and provide them with some helpful insider tips.
*Other than that please remember I’m always just a phone call away from my guests.
The Neighborhood
You are in the CENTER OF VIENNA! distance from Stephansdom, Schwedenplatz (nightlife), Hard Rock Cafe and the Donau Canal, where you can enjoy a wonderful walk. In the immediate neighborhood are some of the top rated cafes (Motto am Fluss), Austrian and international restaurants.
The flat is very quiet as it is located next to a side street and the bedroom is to the yard.
Shops (grocery store “Billa”), a very popular market (Karmelitermarkt), pharmacy etc. and restaurants are all nearby.
Quite close is one of the best Sushi places (Mochi) which is always booked in the evenings so you need to reserve. Also one of best Pizza places (Pizza Mari) which has Pizza’s like “Naples” style. Or you enjoy brunch or dinner at “Motto am Fluß” which is right at the canal.
In summer you have plenty of bars directly at the water like “Tel Aviv Beach” which is my personal “living room” in summer and replaces the terracce ;).
There is also a parking space right next to the metro station where you can leave your car (daily charge approx. 15 Euro).
Getting Around
You can walk basically to every spot within the city centre within 20 min. 100 meters fromthe house you have 2 metro lines and in 2-3 min 2 more tram lines.
Additionally, you find right next to the metro station a city bike station to rent bikes and leave it at any other station in the city (1st hour is for free, registration with credit card or maestro).
Also very easy to be reached from airport.
