Property Description
The 57 m2 apartment is situated on the 1st floor (elevator available) and offers a direct unobstructed view on a side arm of the Danube. The apartment was renovated in 2012, Internet (Wi-Fi) is available. We have tried hard to provide for interior and equipment that create a friendly atmosphere and fulfills the requirements of our guests (see description of the single rooms).
The sunny living room has a double sofa bed (can be turned into a bed that is large enough to comfortably accomodate two adult persons), dining area and cable TV.
The kitchen features a stove (4 ceramic plates), oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, electric blender, as well as enough cutlery and standard ktchen utensils. There is also a small table with two chairs. For those who want to cook for themselves also basic ingredients (salt, pepper, diverse spices, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar) are provided for.
The bathroom is equipped with a newly (in 2013) installed shower with generous freedom of movement. There is also furniture with ample storage space, a washing machine (including cleaning agent), an iron and ironing board, a rotary clothes dryer, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bath.
The bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses. It is situated towards the backyard and therefore very quiet – sleeping with open windows is no problem at all.
